New Providence heavyweight Zach Troutman won his pre-quarterfinal match on Friday at the Atlantic City state wrestling championships. He now advances to Saturday's quarterfinal round.
Troutman, who had a preliminary-round bye, defeated Even Chrustic of Newton, 4-2, to advance.
