Cynthia Jacob is Senior Counsel in the New Jersey office of Fisher & Phillips. She has extensive experience litigating employment-related cases, including wrongful termination, employee benefits disputes, race, sex and age discrimination and other civil rights litigation, all on behalf of management. Over the last few years, Cynthia has focused on arbitration and mediation of state and federal employment-related claims. She is a recipient of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s prestigious Medal of Honor for her longstanding commitment to New Jersey’s legal legacy. Cynthia began her legal career in the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and is past President of the New Jersey State Bar Association—only the second elected woman officer in the association’s 100-year history.

Christopher Mills is a partner in the New Jersey office of Fisher & Phillips, where he engages in a wide-ranging practice covering all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation, employment discrimination, workforce reductions, employment-at-will and wrongful termination, collective bargaining, union-management relations and traditional labor law, as well as litigation involving employee pension and benefit plans. With decades of experience, Chris has been selected to represent major corporations in class action law suits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and collective claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Before joining Fisher & Phillips, he was a partner in the premier labor and employment boutique law firm in New Jersey and at AT&T, as the company's labor and employment law counsel for its corporate headquarters.
