• Newton co-op defeats Morris Catholic tri-op - Boys ice hockey recap (nj.com subscription) — Newton-Lenape Valley’s co-op boys hockey team notched a 4-1 win over Morris Catholic-St. Elizabeth-Newark Academy, powered by two goals from Joey Gallucci and a standout 35-save performance by goalie Adam Yacuk. The game at Mennen Arena showcased strong special-teams play, with Newton scoring twice shorthanded before adding late insurance in the third period.
