Le Danse is a contemporary dance studio offering professional dance instruction. Our staff consists of all professional instructors who are caring, creative and nurturing. Curriculum includes specialty Preschool Programs for ages 2-1/2 – 4 specifically designed for the toddler dancer and Childrens Workshops for ages 5-7. Classes include ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, hip hop and technique. The Third Annual Used Book Sale at the Oakland Public Library is being held throughout this weekend. A vast collection of children's young adult and adult fiction and non-fiction books will be available both in hardcover and paperback. Reference books, jigsaw puzzles and CD's will also be available. In total over 6,000 books "priced to sell" will be on hand. Specific dates and times of the book sale are as follows: <ul> <li>Friday, April 19th 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM</li> <li>Saturday, April 20th 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM</li> <li>Sunday, April 21st 1:00 AM - 4:00 PM</li> </ul> Be there on Friday for the largest selection of books or stop by on Sunday for their Bag Day. On Sunday, book lovers will be allowed to fill a bag with all the books it can hold for only $5. The event is being sponsored by the New Friends of the Oakland Public Library.
