I was greeted by the front desk receptionist (whom was super friendly) then the esthetcian, Stacie, led me upstairs for my facial. If you want the best book with, Stacie, not only was she super nice but knew her "stuff" and loaded up me with so much useful information, I learned so much about my skin and would highly recommend her. She cleaned out my pores and did a through job. The place was VERY clean and inviting. The facial room was nicely put together and the bed was very comfortable. I have been to other places where places looked very dingy and the bed was uncomfortable, this place is far from dingy. Stacie also asked if I wanted to upgrade my package which to me is the professional way to do it (others places I have been to ask as they are doing the facial and even stated oh you really need this upgrade so I feel obligated but not here). I will definitely be coming back. One if the best facials I have ever received.

She didn't even have to pull my hair that hard to achieve straight hair from root to tip. (I have thick, long and super curly hair) Also, my hair smells soooo good and definitely doesn't even have a hint smelling burnt like it's always does when I get it straightened at other places.
