Memorialize Your Hero at Veteran's Park

The American Legion, Oakland Memorial Post No. 369, continues in its search to border the circle walkway in Veteran’s Park with engraved bricks.

Many of the bricks have been memorialized already but there are plenty of bricks still looking for a hero to honor. Act quickly before you miss your chance to have your heros name set in stone. 

The park is beautifully located in front of the historic Oakland Public Library and pays tribute to veterans from all ages. Each brick is engraved with the name, position and lifespan of a particular veteran. The cost of each brink is a tax-deductible donation of $85.
