Oakland Police Charge Man With DUI
Police stopped the man for driving erratically on Interstate 287 recently, authorities said.
OAKLAND, NJ — A driver was charged with driving while intoxicated on Interstate 287 recently, police said.
Officer Christopher Tinio stopped the 27-year-old driver on the highway for driving erratically, said Lt. Christian Eldridge.
The Prospect Park resident was charged with driving under the influence, Eldridge said.

The driver was booked and released from police custody to a family member. He was given a date to appear in Oakland Municipal Court, Eldridge said.
