Oakland Public Schools Closed Due to Snowstorm
District officials also announced a new date for Tuesday's postponed school board session.
Due to Tuesday's winter storm, public schools in Oakland will be closed Wednesday, according to the school district website.
Meanwhile, officials have also announced that the Tuesday Board of Education meeting postponed because of the inclement weather has been rescheduled for Monday, Jan. 274. The work session will be at 6 p.m. in the Administrative Offices, and the regular meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m. in the Valley Middle School Cafetorium.
