Mother's Day Events in Ocean City

"America's Greatest Family Resort" pays tribute to America's greatest family member — Mom — with a free concert and various brunches on Sunday, May 12.

Mother's Day Family Concert: Everybody is invited to a free concert on the Ocean City Music Pier featuring the West Chester Senior Strings Orchestra, conducted by Charles de Pasquale. The concert begins at 4 p.m. (Sunday, May 12). The concert highlights music students from three high schools in West Chester, Pa., performing classic and contemporary music.  The 16th annual Mother's Day Family Concert is presented by the Ocean City Art Center's Friends of Music, an organization founded by Esther C. Weil.

Mother's Day Tea and Brunch at the Flanders: Mothers will be honored with a High Tea at noon Saturday, May 11, and the Flanders will feature a Mother's Day Brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 12. Brunch is $33.95 for adults and $15.95 for children 12 and under. Call 609-399-1000 to make reservations.

Mother's Day Brunch at Port O Call: The Port O Call Hotel will feature a Mother's Day Brunch 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, May 12. Brunch is $21.95 for adults and $10.95 for children ages 4 to 12 (with children 3 and under free). Call 609-399-8812, ext. 7379 to make reservations.
