Ocean City To Hold Virtual Panel On Post-Pandemic Anxiety
The Ocean City Division of Social Services has organized a virtual panel titled, "Getting Back to 'Normal': Coping With Re-Entry Anxiety."
OCEAN CITY, NJ — As the world starts getting back to normal after the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are dealing with feelings of uncertainty and anxiety.
To help people cope with that stress, the Ocean City Division of Social Services will present a virtual panel discussion titled, "Getting Back to 'Normal': Coping With Re-Entry Anxiety."
On Monday, "OC Talks!" will feature a discussion on coping with the new normal, with helpful tips provided by Dr. Ashley Crooks and the team at Counseling by the Sea.
