Ocean City Youth Win Fall Baseball Title

Ocean City's travel baseball team for 11- and 12-year-olds won the Cape-Atlantic Fall Ball League title on Sunday (Nov. 3) in Galloway Township.

The team finished the season with a 12-2 record.

Playoffs began in Galloway Township on Saturday. Ocean City defeated Hammonton, 10-0, to secure a spot to the semifinals. The Hammonton team had been one of Ocean City's losses in the regular season.

Ocean City then beat Galloway, 16-3, to advance to the championship against Mullica Township.

Ocean City defeated Mullica, 9-3. for the championship on Sunday.
