PARSIPPANY, NJ - The 2021 State of Parsippany address touched on COVID-19 communication, finances, planning and development and more when it was presented by Mayor Michael Soriano on Jan. 7.

Due to ongoing restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the address was be presented on the Township website, social media, and on Video-On-The-Go Channel 21.
