PARSIPPANY, N.J. – A water main break on one of Parsippany's most heavily traveled roads will create a traffic jam in the area Wednesday during the evening rush.Crews are anticipating working through the evening rush hour on Route 46 westbound, and the left lane of travel will be closed from west of Parsippany Boulevard to Intervale Road.It is not yet know exactly what time the repairs will be complete.Check back with Patch for more details as they become available.
