• Phil Murphy's $250 Million Wind Port Investment Gone with the Wind As Monopole Builder Hit With Eviction Suit (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Paulsboro’s wind-port ambitions face a major setback as Holt Logistics moves in court to evict offshore wind manufacturer EEW from 70 acres at the Paulsboro Marine Terminal after projects stalled despite a $250 million investment. The company is also suing Gloucester City over a redevelopment plan affecting its renovated headquarters, arguing officials misapplied state redevelopment law and relied on outdated blight findings.
