• Rancocas Valley defeats Pemberton (nj.com subscription) — Pemberton High’s boys basketball team dropped its home season opener 73–36 to visiting Rancocas Valley, despite 12 points from Elijah Dillon and 9 from Kam’Ron Moore. The Hornets struggled from the field while Jaylen Washington’s 23 points powered the Red Devils, who pulled away by halftime and controlled the third quarter to seal the win.
