Operation Toy Train collects 1,400 donations for Phillipsburg children (lehighvalleylive.com) — More than 1,400 toys and games were collected this month for Phillipsburg children through Operation Toy Train, thanks to a townwide effort. Local groups including the Phillipsburg Fire Department, police, Emergency Squad, and Union Towner teamed up, with officials praising how Phillipsburg and neighboring Alpha pulled together to support local families this holiday season.
   

2. WANTED WEDNESDAY: Getaway Rider Eludes Phillipsburg Police (tapinto.net) — Phillipsburg police are asking residents to help locate 24-year-old Corrado M. Jennings, wanted on a charge of eluding after allegedly fleeing a traffic stop on a motorcycle in town. 3. Mikie Sherrill Taps 2 Morris Co. Mayors For Transition Team (patch.com) — Phillipsburg residents are represented in Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill’s new Local Government Advisory Group through Councilman Lee Clark’s appointment. The panel of 35 local officials from across New Jersey will help shape Sherrill’s transition agenda, aiming to ensure municipal voices influence priorities like infrastructure, public safety, and housing when she takes office in January.
   

4. Skyland Conference and Big Central All Division Selections for the Phillipsburg Stateliners (tapinto.net) — Phillipsburg High School athletes racked up Skyland Conference and Big Central all-division honors across multiple fall sports, including field hockey, cross country, volleyball, and soccer. Several teams captured division titles and historic wins over Easton, while standout Stateliners like senior Jack Johnson earned multiple honorable mentions.
