• Parx Casino murder suspect cleared of almost all charges (devicedaily.com) — A Middlesex County jury has cleared a man of murder in the 2021 killing of casino winner Sree Aravapalli, who was shot after returning to his Plainsboro home. Jurors found insufficient evidence tying the defendant to the shooting, though he still faces a conspiracy to commit armed robbery charge. Another suspect has already pleaded guilty to armed robbery and conspiracy.
   

• Cops looking for man who robbed motorist, tried to rob pedestrian (nj.com subscription) — Police say a robbery suspect linked to an attempted holdup in Plainsboro along Route 1 also robbed a motorist and tried to rob a pedestrian in South Brunswick on Tuesday morning. The man, who fled in a black Dodge Charger, is also tied to a later robbery attempt in Mercer County, and investigators are asking anyone with information or video to contact them.
