Beach Diner Reopens On Jan. 17 To An Uncertain Future
Diner's closure had just been announced on Jan. 12

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ - Fans of the Beach Diner here will be happy to know that the restaurant will reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17, according to a community page on Facebook.
The diner will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. seven days a week, and will serve breakfast and lunch. Delivery will also be available.
"The future of this diner is uncertain, but we will work hard everyday we are here to serve good food and give great service," according to the Point Pleasant Beach, Boro and Bay Head Community Group's Facebook page.

But just four days ago, there was another post announcing that the diner would be closing at 2 p.m. on Jan. 12.
"We would like to thank all our staff, friends, neighbors and the entire community for supporting us in this journey," the earlier post states. "Beach Diner brought us closer to the community and allowed us to get to know all the wonderful, local business owners in Point Pleasant Beach and beyond. Thank you, it was a good time."

The diner's most recent post asks that patrons check back for updates and thanks them for their "patience and support during this difficult time."
