Boro Wants Ideas for Safe Biking and Walking Routes
State working on plan to develop and improve biking and walking routes

Are there areas of Point Borough where you walk, bike or would like to do so?
Would you be happy if someone was looking at a way to improve walking and biking routes in the Borough?
Well, this is your chance to make your voice heard. The Borough and the state Department of Transportation (DOT) are asking for constructive, public input so they can work on a plan to create safe local walking and bike routes.
The Department of Transportation is getting the word out that it has already been out to begin to evaluate Point Pleasant, according to information sent out by the Borough.
The DOT has "created a link that will allow stakeholders and community members to provide invaluable input for the borough's bike/ped plan as we start to think about existing conditions throughout Point Pleasant."
