Manasquan Inlet Tug Of War Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for Manasquan and Point Pleasant's annual battle of strength and teamwork. Here's how to join:

MANASQUAN, NJ - Registration is now open for Manasquan and Point Pleasant’s annual battle of strength and teamwork.
The Manasquan Inlet Tug of War is set for Sunday, Oct 8. Now in its fifth year, the teams are tied 2 to 2, with each town capturing the Winners' Cup twice.
The event raises money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and for the recreation departments in Point Pleasant Beach and Manasquan. Presented by Jersey Mike’s, the event sees celebrations on both sides of the inlet and has raised over $200,000 so far.

"The fifth installment of the Manasquan Inlet Tug of War promises to be an epic battle, pitting the fierce competitors from Manasquan and Point Pleasant Beach against each other for the coveted Winners’ Cup," organizers said. "These two teams have a history of intense competition, and with each team winning two contests so far, the stakes have never been higher!"
The main event is the tug of war across the 500-foot-wide Manasquan Inlet, and there are festivals on both sides with live music, food and drinks from local vendors, activities for kids, and even beer gardens for the adults.
