Point Police Charge 9 With Underage Drinking In Private Home

POINT PLEASANT, NJ - Police recently charged 9 people, primarily from Toms River, with possession of alcohol and underage drinking at a private home on Certainty Drive, Capt. Robert Lokerson said.

Officer Robert J. Tobias responded to the address at 11:51 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 23. He charged one juvenile from Belle Meade, whose name has not been released, and eight others, Lokerson said.

All were charged with possession of alcohol and consumption of alcohol in a private home, he said.

- Amanda J. Weiss, 20, Portabello Road, Toms River

- Crystal A. Guthrie, 20, Ross Street, Toms River

- Louis E. Keraitis Jr., 20, Dutchess Court, Toms River

- Nicholas G. Bruno, 19, Cedar Grove Road, Toms River

- Richard L. Davis jr., 20, Conifer Drive, Brick

- Shea J. Branda, 19, Tunney Point Drive, Toms River
