He said many businesses including hair salons and barber shops have laid out "smart and proactive plans to reopen with well-thought-out precautions in dealing with COVID-10.
"We are quickly approaching the point of no return and those businesses need a plan now," he said. "The possibility of reopening in weeks to come is not enough. In a few weeks, that possibility may no longer be reality for many small business owners."

Sabosik said he's a business owner himself and his company has instituted a number of safety measures. He said the town's businesses are ready to do the same, and they've been networking, sharing and helping each other create plans.
"They are ready and most importantly willing to do so with the understanding that it won't be business as usual," he said. "Have faith in them. They need it and won't let you or our state down."
