Point Pleasant Boro Woman Faces Child Porn Charges: Prosecutor
A Point Pleasant woman faces child pornography charges, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.

POINT PLEASANT BORO – A Point Pleasant Boro woman faces child pornography charges, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
Lisa Cuervo, 24, of Point Pleasant Boro has been charged with possession of child pornography, according to the OCPO.
On Friday, detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit and the Point Pleasant Boro Police Department executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence, according to the OCPO.

As a result, detectives seized a smart phone belonging to Cuervo which contained child pornography. During the course of executing the search warrant, detectives also
seized approximately 17 marijuana plants and assorted drug paraphernalia, the OCPO said.
Cuervo was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child based upon the fact that her child was living in the residence and had access to the illegal plants and drug paraphernalia, the OCPO said.

Cuervo was processed at the Point Pleasant Boro Police Department and transported to the Ocean County Jail where she is currently lodged pending a detention hearing.
