Local writers Helene van Rossum and Sara Wegman, will use historical maps, image and shadow puppets to recreate Washington’s “Ten Crucial Days” that changed America’s history. Participants 8 and older will go home with instructions and cutouts to make their own shadow puppets of George and Martha Washington. Participants must register online here. 3 p.m., Free - Today will be sunny with a high near 47 degrees with wind gusts as high as 29 mph. Overnight there will be increasing clouds with a low around 28 degrees.
