4. Neil deGrasse Tyson, director of the American Museum of Natural History's Hayden Planetarium, will discuss NASA's Apollo space program at 8 p.m. at McCosh Hall, Room 50. 
5. Today there will be patchy fog before 8 a.m. and rain, mostly after 2 p.m. with a high near 66 degrees. Overnight there will be rain, mostly before midnight and temperatures will drop to around 46 degrees.
