Alfalfa Restaurant Opens New Location In Princeton
The new Princeton location will be Alfalfa's largest to date.

PRINCETON, NJ — Alfalfa, a restaurant specializing in salads, wraps, and gourmet donuts, has officially opened in Princeton.
The restaurant opened Friday at 140 Nassau Street.
The grand opening was marked with fun giveaways for the community and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the mayor.

The first 100 customers receive an Alfalfa gift card and first 50 customers receive one free doughnut with purchase and goodie bags from Alpha Fit Club Princeton, Rumble Boxing Princeton, Princeton Playspace, and more.
The new location will be Alfalfa’s largest to date, allowing for an enhanced customer experience and a more expansive menu.

Alfalfa will bring its signature menu of fresh, organic, and seasonal salads, mouthwatering breakfast burritos, and delectable desserts to the Princeton community.
The store will introduce exciting new offerings, including Market Plates — warm, hearty food options designed to provide even more variety — and delicious new dessert options.
Alfalfa will also debut a smoothie menu item at the Princeton location, including a limited-time collaboration featuring Princeton favorite and long-time staple Thomas Sweet Ice Cream, using their famous vanilla ice cream in a special creation available only at the Princeton location.
In addition to serving as a dining destination, Alfalfa will offer catering options for events, gatherings, and celebrations of all sizes.
The catering service will feature customizable menus.
Conveniently situated in the heart of Princeton, the new store offers residents, students, and visitors a fresh, balanced menu perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The restaurant has locations in uptown Hoboken, Jersey City, and California.
Alfalfa was founded by four friends — Dan Londono, Dan Sobsey, Andrew Arrospide, and Ben Sobsey — who grew up in Hoboken and attended St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City.
