All Major Princeton Roads Open, No Widespread Power Outages

All major roads in Princeton Township and Princeton Borough are open and there no widespread power outages in town, according to police.
Residents still without power should call PSE&G directly at 1-800-436 7734 to log in an outage to work crews. Calling police will not log your outage in for repair, residents must do so directly through the utility company.

Here are some statistics about Township Police response during the storm:
- Between Saturday morning at 6 and Monday morning at 6 police received 280 calls for service, of which 261 were storm-related.
- More than 100 calls reported downed trees and wires and 60 percent of those were reported via 911 and numerous calls reported power outages.
- 35 calls were traffic-related issues ranging from disabled vehicles to motor vehicle accidents with injury.
- 40 alarm activations, each requiring a police response.
The storm caused extensive damage in the State Road area between Cherry Hill Road and Herrontown Road, forcing the road closurefrom Saturday afternoon until late Sunday night while PSE&G worked in the area to remove downed wires and restore power, township police said.

A township police officer slipped and fell on an icy road and suffered a bruise, but refused medical treatment.
