Ani Ramen To Open Princeton Eatery In October, Will Serve Mochinut

The Princeton restaurant will also feature a Mochinut walk-up kiosk. This will be the eatery's 10th location.

PRINCETON, NJ — Asian fusion eatery, Ani Ramen, will be opening a new location in Princeton this October, the restaurant confirmed. An exact opening date has not been announced yet.

This will be the eatery’s 10th location, after originally opening a restaurant in Montclair in 2014.

“It has always been our goal to bring Ani Ramen to Princeton, and we’re especially excited to celebrate our 10th opening here,” founding partner Luck Sarabhayavanija said.

“We look forward to being an active, involved member of the community, as we have done at all of our locations.”

At the Princeton restaurant located at 140 Nassau Street, Ani Ramen will serve its signature craft ramen featuring its classic broth, custom-made noodles, flavorful proteins, and a variety of add-ons for guests to customize their ramen, including Ani’s legendary “umami bomb”.

The restaurant’s Vegan Ramen is also a favorite. The menu will also offer appetizers including bao buns, kurobuta sausage, chili charred edamame, and chicken karaage.

The Princeton restaurant will also feature a Mochinut walk-up kiosk. Mochinut is a combination between Japanese rice cake (mochi) and American-style doughnuts, distinguished by a unique shape of eight dough balls and a rainbow of flavored glazes.

Flavors include Asian ingredients like Yuzu, Black Sesame, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter and Red Velvet. Guests can also grab a Boba tea to go.

Ani Ramen’s brand-new Brunch menu will also be served at the Princeton location on Saturdays and Sundays. The brunch will feature flavorful and fun Bento Box (creamy corn mazemen, fried egg, grilled pork belly, potato croquette, Ani salad, chili charred edamame, Japanese tartar sauce) and brisket, chicken katsu or grass-fed burger Bao buns.

The Princeton restaurant will be BYOB.

Hours of Operation will be Sunday-Thursday 11:30 a.m. -3 p.m., and 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday until10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday brunch 11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m., dinner 4 p.m. - 10 p.m., Sunday until 9 p.m. Parking will be available on the street and at the nearby Chambers Street garage.
