The café's menu includes several new additions like the new Breakfast Nachos, and Chila Burrito— a dish made combining tortilla chips, guajillo sauce, avocado smash and delicate scrambled eggs.

Additionally, the café will soon roll out an update to the Rainbow Bowl, enhancing it with a medley of autumnal flavors.

The brand chose the Nassau Park Pavilion location to provide itself with an opportunity to connect with the local community and establish a strong customer base in Princeton and surrounding areas.

Since its inception in 2013, Bluestone Lane was founded in 2013 by Stone, a native of Melbourne Australia.

The brand has over 60 cafes across the U.S. The new location will open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about Bluestone Lane visit BluestoneLane.com.
