Bahama Breeze Closes Restaurant At MarketFair In Princeton
The parent company said closing the restaurant was a "difficult business decision." Other NJ locations of Bahama Breeze remain open.
PRINCETON, NJ – Bahama Breeze Island Grille has officially closed its restaurant located at MarketFair, Route 1, Princeton.
Bahama Breeze is owned by Darden Restaurants, Inc., which also owns restaurant chains including Olive Garden, Longhorn Stakehouse, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Seasons 52
“Closing this restaurant is a difficult business decision, and it’s one we made very carefully and thoughtfully, particularly because it impacts our team members and our guests,” a spokesperson from Darden Restaurants, Inc., said.

“We were able to offer everyone on the Princeton team the opportunity to join one of the other Darden restaurants in the area.”
In NJ, the restaurant has locations in Cherry Hill, Wayne, Woodbridge, Paramus, and Toms River. According to their website, all the other locations remain open for business.
