• Princeton’s Graduate Hotel Is Now Officially Open: After a long delay, Princeton’s Graduate Hotel is officially open. Located on Nassau Street, directly opposite campus, Graduate Princeton boasts 180 guest rooms and a restaurant, Ye Tavern.
• Hermès Opens Newest New Jersey Store In Princeton: The Municipality is now home to one of the world’s foremost luxury retailers. French luxury brand Hermès has opened its newest New Jersey store in Princeton.
• Triumph Brewing Company Reopens In New Location: Triumph Brewing Company turned a 90-year-old Palmer Square post office into a new restaurant and brewery.
• Palestinian Restaurant Chain Opens In Princeton: New York City-based restaurant chain Ayat, which serves traditional Palestinian dishes, opened its first New Jersey location in Princeton.
