
Beginning today and lasting for approximately six weeks, New Jersey American Water will do construction along Grover Avenue between Terhune Road and Clearview Road in Princeton Township.
The construction will replace 1,740 feet of 6-inch cast iron water main pipe with new 8-inch Ductite iron water main.

Construction will be between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. There may be local road closures during construction and police will be on site to help with traffic control.
The new main will improve service reliability, water quality and increase fire flows to the area. As part of the upgrade, all water meters will be relocated from inside homes and business to the right of way along the street or curb.

There may be brief periods of service interuption during construction, but customers will be given prior notice of any interuption.
