This East Brunswick Bagel Place Is Now Under New Management

Local officials recently welcomed the new management with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Brunswick Brunch - Crazy Bagel, located at Rues Lane is now under new management.

Local officials recently came together to officially welcome the new management with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

They serve freshly-baked bagels, with classics like bacon egg and cheese; sausage, egg and cheese.

According to owner Oliver Youssef, the bagel place is also working on developing the largest bagel in New Jersey called the crazy bagel, which is almost as big as a pizza.

Brunswick Brunch - Crazy Bagel also offers catering. Their food is available to order via various online apps.

Mayor Brad Cohen, Councilwoman Dana Winston, and Economic Development Officer Rob Zuckerman were present for the ribbon-cutting.

“Our township has a very good relationship with our business community.,” Cohen said. “And it has done so through our coordinated efforts with the Est Brunswick Regional Chamber of Commerce.”

They are located in Civic Center Plaza at 310 Rues Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 00816. The eatery is open seven days a week, Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
