Experience Princeton Expands Board With Appointments From Local Biz Community
Through the new appointments, Experience Princeton seeks to continue its commitment to inclusive representation.
PRINCETON, NJ - On June 3, Experience Princeton approved the appointment of three new board members during its board meeting at Nassau Inn.
The additions reflect the organization’s continued commitment to inclusive representation from Princeton’s business and property owner communities.

- Mamoun Chater manages the operations — alongside his uncles — of Mamoun’s Falafel, located at 20 WItherspoon Street. Growing up in the restaurant industry, Mamoun developed a deep appreciation for the family business and is committed to building upon the legacy established by his family.
- Kristin Menapace is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Homestead Princeton, a local destination for sustainable home furnishings and gifts, located at 300 Witherspoon St. Menapace brings more than 12 years of experience in strategic retail management and a strong background in economics and education.
- Michael Monarca is the General Manager of Graduate by Hilton Princeton, located in the heart of downtown at 10 Chambers St. Since joining the project in December 2023, Monarca has overseen the hotel’s opening and day-to-day operations, bringing with him nearly three decades of hospitality leadership.
“We’re thrilled to welcome these new members to the board,” said Experience Princeton Board President Aubrey Haines. “Each new member brings a strong connection to Princeton and a clear passion for community-building. Their diverse backgrounds in retail, hospitality, and restaurant management will help guide Experience Princeton.”
The board also approved the reappointment of four current members to second three-year terms through June 30, 2028. They are:

- Kristin Appelget, Assistant Vice President, Community and Regional Affairs at Princeton University
- Aubrey Haines, CEO, Princeton Property Partners
- Helena May, Co-Owner, Tigerlabs
- Lori Rabon, Vice President, Palmer Square Management
In addition, Andrew Siegel, COO of Hamilton Jewelers, was confirmed to fill the unexpired term of a former board member, continuing through June 30, 2026. Siegel is a respected community leader and longtime supporter of Experience Princeton’s mission.
Finally, the leadership team confirmed for this term is:
- Aubrey Haines as President
- Helena May as Vice President
- Bob Hiller, of Studio Hillier Architecture, as Secretary
