Experience Princeton's Founding Director Isaac Kremer to Step Down After 3 Years
Kremer will step down from his role effective Aug. 6, the organization said.

PRINCETON, NJ - Experience Princeton announced that its founding Executive Director, Isaac D. Kremer, will step down from his role effective Aug. 6, after nearly three years of service to the organization.
During his tenure, Kremer played an instrumental role in establishing Experience Princeton as a key economic development force in the community. Under his leadership, the organization secured its Main Street New Jersey designation and obtained crucial grant funding while helping to define the organization's strategic direction during its formative years.
"Isaac played a pivotal role in launching Experience Princeton and helping to shape our direction during these foundational years," said Aubrey W. Haines, President of Experience Princeton's Board of Directors. "We thank him for his work and wish him well in his future endeavors."

The Board of Directors is actively managing the leadership transition and has established a Selection Team to identify the organization's next full-time Executive Director.
Additionally, the Board is finalizing an interim leadership arrangement to ensure continuity of daily operations and a smooth transition to permanent leadership.

The incoming Executive Director will be tasked with advancing the mission of Experience Princeton and leading the organization into its next phase of growth and community impact.
Experience Princeton focuses on community building, economic vitality, and strategic promotion of what the Princeton area has to offer.
Haines emphasized that the Board continues to welcome community input during this transition period and plans to share updates on the search process in the coming weeks.
