Firefighter Hospitalized In Mercer County House Fire Friday Afternoon

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, NJ - A firefighter was hospitalized in a fire in Hamilton Township Friday afternoon, authorities said.

The fire was reported around 2:30 p.m. at a Madaline Court residence, Hamilton Township Professional Firefighters said in a social media statement.

The Hamilton Township firefighter was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for burns, the labor union said.

No civilian injuries were reported. The condition of the firefighter was not immediately made available Saturday morning.

“Please keep the firefighter and the family in your prayers tonight,” fire officials said Friday.
