This has been a busy spring for the Princeton Recreation Department.
Eight maintenance workers have been working to prepare the pool since March. Office staff have been involved in setting up for the season, including lifeguard applications, pool customer service applications, interviews, hiring and training, according to Princeton Recreation Department's Executive Director Ben Stentz. The Rec. Department has 90 lifeguards under contract, with anywhere from eight to 20 on-site during pool hours. There are also about 25 people under contract for pool customer service staff and another four pool managers who rotate throughout the summer.
Pool membership prices remain unchanged from last year. For more information, visit www.princetonrecreation.com.
