Lewdness, Burglary: Princeton Police Blotter

The Princeton Police blotter dated Sept. 3 had the following reports:

PRINCETON, NJ — On Aug. 28, following an investigation of a motor vehicle crash, a 48-year-old Princeton resident was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. He was taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed, charged accordingly and released.

On Aug. 29, following a Defiant Trespass investigation, a 52-year-old Princeton man was found to be an NCIC Wanted Person out of the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office. He was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the custody of the Mercer County Correctional Center.

On Aug. 31 following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Road, a 44-year-old Pittsfield, MA man was found to have an active ATS Warrant for his arrest out of Westampton Township Municipal Court for $780. He was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters, processed and released with a new court date.

On Aug. 19, after a motor vehicle stop on S. Harrison Street, a 23-year-old Hamilton resident was found to have an active ATS warrant for his arrest out of Lawrence Twp. Municipal Court in the amount of $550. He was placed under arrest, transported to PPD Headquarters where he was processed, posted bail and was released.

On Aug. 31, a resident of Campbelton Circle reported that an unknown person forcefully entered their residence and searched the home for unknown items. The resident reported that nothing was stolen from the home.

On Aug. 31, a Potter’s Run resident reported that two people forcefully entered their home and stole an unknown number of items with an unknown value. One suspect was described as a tall, heavyset, man (of unknown race) with a mustache, wearing a balaclava-style mask, short sleeve T-shirt, dark-colored jeans and work gloves. The second suspect was described as a tall white man, wearing a balaclava-style mask, windbreaker-style jacket, dark-colored jeans and dark-colored gloves.

On Aug. 31, a victim reported that Nicholas Holley, 27, of Trenton, began masturbating while riding in the rear of the NJ Transit Bus that the victim was operating. Holley was placed under arrest, taken to PPD Headquarters, processed, charged accordingly and released.
