Man In Critical Condition After Hit By SUV In Princeton Crosswalk: Police
The Princeton man remains hospitalized following the crash on Friday night.
PRINCETON, NJ — A Princeton man is hospitalized in critical condition after he was hit by an SUV while walking in a crosswalk on Friday night, said police.
At around 11:30 p.m., the 28-year-old Princeton man was crossing Nassau Street within a marked crosswalk when a 2015 Ford Explorer hit him, said Princeton Police.
The driver, a 39-year-old Princeton resident, remained at the scene, between Washington Road and Moore Street, and cooperated with the officers.

The pedestrian had a head injury and was taken to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Serious Collision Response Team helped the Princeton Police Department Traffic Safety Bureau with the investigation. As a result, Nassau Street was closed to all traffic for around three and a half hours.
