PRINCETON, NJ —Alfalfa, a restaurant specializing in salads, wraps, and gourmet donuts, will open soon in Princeton.

The restaurant officially announced the address of its Princeton location — 140 Nassau Street.

"We can’t wait to meet the Princeton community and be surrounded by other amazing businesses in the area," the restaurant said on its Instagram page.

The restaurant has locations in uptown Hoboken, Jersey City, and California.

Alfalfa was founded by four friends — Dan Londono, Dan Sobsey, Andrew Arrospide and Ben Sobsey — who grew up in Hoboken and attended St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City.
