New Asian Fusion Restaurant Is All Set To Open In Princeton

This new location is in addition to the three others in Hillsborough, Skillman, and Bernardsville.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Ricky's Thai of Hillsborough is branching out and bringing something new to the surrounding area with a new Asian fusion restaurant.

Ricky's Asian Fusion, is opening Tuesday, July 8 at the Princeton North Shopping Center at 1225 Route 206 in Princeton.

"I feel very grateful and thankful that I can open my fourth restaurant," owner Ricky Chai told Patch.

This location is launching a new concept fusing Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, and Singaporean flavors.

"This is a new venture for me, because this is an Asian fusion restaurant," Chai said.

The menu will include Thai dishes such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum, noodle soup, Drunken Noodles, and curry.

It will also have traditional Chinese food such as chicken and broccoli, general tso's chicken, and lo mein. There will also be Malaysian and Singaporean dishes.

"Hopefully, I can bring my new adventure to the community in the Princeton area or nearby Skillman," said Chai. "I hope I can bring the best of my food to the community, and hopefully I can fulfill what they need and give them the good food they need in this area."

This new location will be in addition to his three others in Somerset County. Chai opened his first location in Hillsborough before expanding to Skillman and Bernardsville.
