Grover's Mill Coffee House, located in West Windsor, was voted best in New Jersey by Tasting Table.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Mercer County is definitely having a “culinary moment.” If you love coffee, you’ll be glad to know that a local coffee shop has been named the best in the state, by Tasting Table.
Grover’s Mill Coffee House in West Winsdor was chosen to represent the Garden State in Tasting Table’s “The Best Coffee Shop In Every State.”
“It's not often you find an entire coffee house themed to a 1930s radio hoax. But that's exactly the niche Grover's Mill Coffeehouse fills, as the mugs and décor are dedicated to the 1938 panic-inducing War of the Worlds radio adaptation helmed by Orson Welles,” reads the review. “Kitsch aside, you'll also find some fantastic and hard-to-find beans here, like Dominican Red Honey coffee, along with a menu boasting unusual options like elk chili, pheasant and wild rice soup, and espresso venison stew.”
