Pedestrian Struck by Teen Driver In Princeton Dies Of His Injuries: PD
The 74-year-old man succumbed to his injuries on Friday, police said.

PRINCETON, NJ — The 74-year-old pedestrian who was struck by a 17-year-old driver in Princeton last week has died, officials said.
Around 3:44 p.m. on March 11, police received a 9-1-l call reporting a crash involving a pedestrian on Wiggins St. near Sylvia Beach Way.
When officers arrived on the scene they found 74-year-old Hin Chin who was seriously injured.

According to the preliminary on-scene investigation, a 17-year-old juvenile driver, in a 2012 gray Honda Odyssey, was traveling westbound on Wiggins St. while Chin was walking eastbound on the southern sidewalk of Wiggins Street.
As the driver made a left turn onto Sylvia Beach Way, the vehicle struck Chin, causing him to suffer a head injury.

EMS and paramedics took Chin to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton via helicopter, police said.
On Friday, Chin succumbed to his injuries, according to police.
The Princeton Police Department’s Traffic Safety Bureau, in coordination with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, continues to investigate the crash. No charges have been filed at this time.
