Police Log: Man Arrested for Drug Possession

A Lawrenceville man was arrested and charged with possession of of a controlled dangerous substance on May 7 after he was found to have what appeared to be cocaine. 

Ronald Santos, 42 was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and he also had outstanding warrants out of Hamilton Township. 

Princeton Police Ptl. Craig Humble stopped Santos on State Road near Valley Road at 1:56 a.m. and discovered that he had several outstanding traffic warrants totalling $1,500, according to Princeton Police. 

While Santos was being processed at police headquarters, he was found to be possession of a small amount of drugs. 

He was turned over to the Hamilton Police Department when unable to post bail on the outstanding warrants, totalling $1,500.
