The new building was also constructed to meet or exceed Enterprise Green standards, which aligns with the Municipality’s goals of sustainability.

The all-electric new building is also constructed on an existing surface parking area, thereby preserving valuable woodlands and watershed areas.

The award was presented to Princeton Community Housing representatives at the annual Community Development Conference and Membership Meeting “Under One Roof: Empowering People & Places” held in New Brunswick on Oct. 29.
