Princeton Man Charged For Indecent Exposure At D&R Canal Park: Police

The man was arrested following several complaints of lewdness in the park between Princeton and Plainsboro, State Park Police said.

PRINCETON, NJ — A Princeton resident was apprehended and charged for lewdness and indecent exposure at the D&R Canal State Park between Princeton and Plainsboro, New Jersey State Park Police said.

Xavier Jeremiah Raglan of Princeton was taken into custody by State Park Police in the West Windsor section of D&R Canal State Park after a targeted operation, authorities said.

The arrest comes following several complaints of lewdness in the park. Raglin was processed, charged and released with the following summonses:

  • Lewdness (involving a Princeton University Student in Princeton)
  • Harassment (Involving a woman walking on the D&R Canal State Park in Princeton)
  • Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property (West Windsor)
  • Indecent Exposure in a State Park (Princeton)
  • Improper Conduct in a State Park (Princeton)
