Princeton Man Charged with Violating a Restraining Order, Contempt and Harrasment

He was released on $5,000 bail.

 

A 41-year-old Princeton man was arrested on Thursday, March 15 and charged with contempt of court, violation of a restraining order and harrassment after police say he allegedly violated the terms of a final restraining order and harrassed the victim. 

Michael Zingaro, of the first block of Witherspoon Street, was arrested and released on $5,000 bail.

The incident happened on March 9 on Witherspoon Street, according to Princeton Borough Police. It was reported on March 15 around 7:30 p.m. 

The victim's identify is being kept confidential.

Zingaro is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
