Princeton Schools To Host Events To Inform Public On District Initiatives
Through the events, PPS will provide information on key issues including the bond referendum and enrollment.

PRINCETON, NJ – Princeton Public Schools recently announced a spate of public events in October.
Theses in-person event are organized to inform residents on the various upcoming school district initiatives.
The series of events include information on key issues impacting the school district including the bond referendum and enrollment.

“I’m looking forward to engaging with stakeholders this month as we discuss important topics impacting our schools and our community,” Superintendent Carol Kelley said in a statement.

- Office Hours with Dr. Kelley, Oct. 9, 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Superintendent Carol Kelley will host office hours community chat at Princeton Public Library. This is an informal opportunity for residents to communicate with the superintendent directly on topics of interest including the bond referendum, strategic planning, long-term planning or other related educational topics.
Location: Princeton Public Library, 65 Witherspoon St, Princeton - Elementary & Middle School Enrollment Virtual Forum, Oct. 11, at 7 p.m.: This virtual event is for residents to learn more about options the district is considering to meet the expected enrollment increase over the next five years. - Elementary & Middle School Enrollment Community Forum, Oct. 14, 9 a.m.: The district will host an in-person presentation for residents to inform them about options the options being considering to meet the expected enrollment increase over the next five years.
Location: Princeton Middle School (auditorium), 217 Walnut Lane, Princeton - Board of Education Meeting, Oct. 17, 7:30 p.m.: The BOE will be meeting on Oct. 17. Residents can attend in person or view the livestream. Link to join will be posted on www.princetonk12.org An agenda will be posted online here.
Location: 25 Valley Road, Princeton - Bond Referendum Virtual Forum, Oct. 18, 7 p.m.: This interactive event will focus on the security, sustainability, technology and maintenance projects included in the Nov. 7 bond referendum. A panel including district leaders, project architects and financial advisers will provide an overview of the improvement plans and funding strategy during the Oct. 18 forum. Community members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
