“The Ivy League Hustle (I Went to Princeton, Bitch)”  features catchy lyrics like /You get intimidated when you learn my school/ Well you should/ cause I’m smarter than you/ and /And I got a lot in common with Michelle Obama/ This brain, these arms/ And our alma mater.”

But there’s a poignancy to the tough-girl video. Despite an undergraduate degree from Princeton and an M.F.A from Harvard, she struggles to find work in Los Angeles.

In the video, she posts a sign offering dogwalking service and is filmed sitting on the sidewalk of a downtown street holding a cardboard sign that reads “Will explicate Baudelaire sonnet 4 food.”

So far, people are responding to Muller's video.

"I'm getting a lot of positive response and so far nothing but love from Princeton," she wrote in an email.

Princeton fans won’t have to wait to wait long to hear Muller sing in person. On her Facebook page, she said she will return for reunions this month and plans multiple performances, although we don’t yet know where.
