According to the criminal complaint, "During a period lasting approximately five years, Roman ordered – on more than 40 occasions – films exploiting nude, minor boys that were marketed as 'naturist films from around the world.' The orders included DVDs, photo CDs and downloadable links."

Roman is charged with one count that carries a maximum potential penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Roman was a coach with the Princeton Soccer Association, but as of Friday, the Association announced he was no longer involved with the group.

"The Princeton Soccer Association is aware of a serious issue involving Mr. Jorge Roman, who this past year was the coach of two of PSA’s Premier Travel teams," wrote Association President MaryBeth Parker in a statement posted on the group's website. "Upon learning of the allegations concerning Mr. Roman, PSA immediately terminated his employment. Nothing is more important to PSA than providing children with a positive and safe soccer experience and to that end, PSA has many child protection policies in place. We will be cooperating fully with all authorities in any investigation related to this matter."

According to Roman's coaching profile that was listed on PSA's website until Friday, he is a former Princeton University men’s soccer assistant coach under Coach Bob Bradley, director of training for the Princeton Soccer Association from September 1993 until June 2001 and a Rider University Men’s Soccer Assistant Coach under Coach Charlie Inverso.
